1. Who is Motorrad Audio?

Motorrad Audio is a division of Extreme Audio in Virginia, USA. We've been in business for over 25 years and are a former Mobile Electronics National Retailer of the Year. Our Motorrad Audio division specializes in premium audio upgrades for motorcycles with a primary focus on BMW motorcycles. Our top-selling products include plug and play audio upgrades that are optimized for the motorcycle environment and all-weather riders.

2. What makes Motorrad Audio's products different?

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries all over the world. Best bet to find out if we ship to your area is to add the items you're interested in into the cart and start the checkout procedure. It will give you the shipping options for your area. 

4. Are customs and importing fees included?

No, our International pricing does not include the import taxes, VAT, or Tariffs, charged by the destination country. Contact us directly and we'll do the best we can to help mitigate those charges.  

5. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. What does Stage 1, 2, 3 etc. mean?

"Stage" lingo was adopted some time ago by other manufacturers. It's simply breaking down the levels of upgrade from the most basic at Stage 1 and climbing their way up to higher numbers as the upgrade becomes more robust.

7. Do you only sell full kits?

Generally speaking yes. Depending on inventory levels and various situations there could be exceptions, best bet is to contact us directly to discuss.

8. How much is shipping?

Shipping to the continental US is free on our audio packages and usually shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. International Shipping is usually done via DHL Express but those options can be selected at checkout. (Import Tariffs are not included in pricing)

9. Do you offer other brands of products beyond what's in your kits?

Absolutely. Our kits are optimized based on performance, reliability, maximization of space, and ease of installation. There will be some fitment limitations, but we are dealers of the following brands and are happy to discuss customizations of our kits. 11. Do you offer installation services?

Yes! We have two locations in the Richmond, VA area that offer installation. Contact us directly for details. Many BMW dealers will also offer installation services, as the primary knowledge needed for installation is the disassembly and reassembly of the bike. We're happy to send videos for you to show your dealer to see if they would perform the installation.
